Before booking your stay at Vineyard Harbor Motel, please take a moment to review our policies. From check-in times to cancellation terms, our guidelines help ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Understanding these details in advance allows for better planning and a more enjoyable visit.
Reservation Fees
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of 4 nights or more. Balance is due upon check-in. A 100% deposit is required for 1-3 night stay. Deposits are refundable with a minimum 14 day cancellation notice, minus a 10% (pre-tax) cancellation fee. Reservations made within the 14 day period prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All reservations Memorial Day through Columbus day require a minimum of 2 nights. All weekends require a 2 night minimum year round. (some exceptions may apply).
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. but you are welcome to use the facilities and store your luggage until your room is ready. A changing room is available. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Pets
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. Service animals require proper documentation. Comfort animals do not qualify in Massachusetts.
Miscellaneous
Guest rooms do not have telephones. Bicycles, Motor Scooters, and large flotation devices are not allowed in the rooms. We provide bicycle racks in the rear of the building, it is recommended to lock your bicycle.
