Motel Policies

From June 8 to October 4, all reservations have a 2-night minimum. There is a year-round 2-night minimum for weekend stays.
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations of 2 or more nights. A 100% deposit is required for 1-night reservations. Balance is due at check-in.
Deposits are refundable with a two-week notice of cancelation minus a 10% bookkeeping fee.
Check-in time after 2:00 p.m.
No refund for shortened stays or late arrivals
Check-out time 10:00 a.m.
Sorry, no pets allowed
Guest rooms do not have telephones
No bicycles allowed in guest rooms
