A 100% deposit is required for 1-3 night stay.
Deposits are refundable with a minimum 14 day cancellation notice, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Reservations made within the 14 day period prior to arrival date are non-refundable.

We provide bicycle racks in the rear of the building, it is recommended to lock your bicycle.

All reservations Memorial Day through Columbus day require a minimum of 2 nights.
All weekends require a 2 night minimum year round. (some exceptions may apply)
